Processing and Delivery

Louisiana Foods is extremely proud of our first-rate processing and delivery services.

Depending on where the fish are caught, they are transported to our state-of-the-art processing facilities either by air or refrigerated truck immediately upon leaving the boat. This is where the processing of finfish and preparation of our many prepared food offerings takes place.

Our processing and delivery employees are working 7 days a week, 24 hours a day or until orders are filled and loaded onto our trucks so drivers can start their routes. Orders are processed and loaded overnight and our refrigerated trucks deliver to supermarkets, restaurants and hotels daily.
